60 days to send it back from delivery.
The keel is part of the sale in the narrow sense that we keep the stations current. It is not a warranty.
Texts are optional and never a condition of any purchase.
No disease claims. The goods are dietary supplements.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website crestnutritionlab.com and all products offered by J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. (EIN 36-2672870), operating under the brand name CARLSON LABORATORIES (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our SMS or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. What we sell, and what it is not

Everything on this site, Keel Line included, is a dietary supplement rather than a medicine. None of it is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we will not describe it as though it were. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Responses differ between people and no outcome is promised. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin.

4. The text programme

Entering your mobile number and ticking the box is your express consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), for CARLSON LABORATORIES to send recurring automated marketing and informational texts to that number. The terms of it are these:

Consent is not a condition of purchase, and withdrawing it changes no price.
How often messages go out varies with what we have to say.
Message and data rates may apply, and they are your carrier's charges.
Reply STOP to any message and the programme ends.
Reply HELP to any message and our contact details come back.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Returns and refunds

Anything bought here can be sent back within 60 days of delivery, opened or not, and there is no restocking charge. Write to keel@crestnutritionlab.com and we issue the instructions the same working day. The money goes back to the card that paid, 5 to 10 business days after the parcel reaches us.

6. Copyright and trade marks

Everything published here is owned by J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. or used under licence. You are welcome to read it, quote it fairly and link to it; you may not reproduce it wholesale, redistribute it or adapt it into another work without our prior written consent.

7. Liability cap

Our liability to you is limited to the sum you paid for the product the claim concerns. To the fullest extent the law permits, J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any kind connected with this website or the products on it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Illinois.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Stations, price, and a withdrawn lot

J.R. CARLSON LABORATORIES, INC. publishes what sits at each measured station, and updates that keel the day a measure changes.
The price that applies is the one named when the order is confirmed. A later change does not reopen a confirmed order.
A lot that fails release is not shipped. If a shipped lot is withdrawn, we write to the customers on the order record and refund without waiting for the bottle.
